Safety, verification, and what stays private

Every companion goes through four stages: (1) identity verification with Aadhaar / passport, (2) a 90-minute in-person interview with two of our team, (3) a third-party background check covering criminal record and employment history, (4) a 3-month observation period during which they shadow experienced companions before solo bookings. We currently accept roughly 1 in 12 applicants.

The minimum required to fulfil the booking: a contact handle (WhatsApp number or Telegram username), the booking specifics (date, venue, type, duration), and the payment record. We do not store: your full name unless you provide it, your address, your photographs, your conversation content, or any details you share during the session. Records are deleted after 90 days unless you specifically ask us to retain them for repeat bookings.

No. Companions do not record audio, do not take photographs, do not take notes, and do not write anything down after the session. The only record kept is the booking metadata (date, duration, payment). Conversation content is never captured in any form.

No. Companions are explicitly trained not to initiate post-session contact — no follow-up messages, no "checking in", no asking for the next booking. If you want another session, you book through the main line and we route to a companion (the same one or different, your choice). The companion does not have your contact saved beyond the active booking.

Three layers: (1) the screening process filters most of this out before booking, (2) we have a 24/7 booking-line escalation — if anything happens during a session, message us and we intervene within minutes, (3) any verified incident leads to immediate de-listing of the companion and full refund to the client. We have removed companions for over-familiarity, photography, or going off-brief; we publish nothing about specific incidents but the bar is low.

Say "I think I am going to wrap up" — that is the agreed cue. The companion will close gracefully within 5 minutes, no negotiation, no questions. If you cannot say it out loud, message our booking line ("end now") and we will instruct the companion to leave immediately. You are not charged for the unused time when the early close is initiated by you.

Symmetric protocols. Companions can also close a session early if a client behaves inappropriately, asks for services we do not offer, or pushes against the boundaries set in the brief. We do not name-and-shame clients, but repeat boundary-pushers get blacklisted from future bookings.

No. Talk To Him offers companionship, conversation, and plus-one services — all legal services in India. We do not offer any sexual services and the companions are explicitly briefed and contracted around this. Bookings that try to negotiate around this are declined; the boundary is firm.
