Privacy & discretion policy
Written for this side of the site specifically. Short, and in plain language, because a privacy policy nobody reads protects nobody.

Who this policy covers
This policy applies to the private, adult side of Talk To Him — the hub at /adult-companionship-mumbai and every page beneath it, plus the enquiries that come through them. It is written separately from the mainstream site because the expectations here are different and should be stated in their own words.
Everything described below applies to consenting adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly hold information about anyone under 18 and will delete it immediately if any reaches us.
What we collect
Only what an arrangement actually requires. In practice that is: the messaging handle you contact us from, whatever you choose to tell us about the format, area and timing you want, and the boundaries agreed before a booking is confirmed.
You do not need to provide a legal name, an email address, an ID document, a home address or a payment profile in order to make an enquiry or to ask questions.
What we never collect
We do not ask for identity documents from clients, financial account details, employer or family information, social media profiles, or any record of who you have met before through us.
We do not track enquiries across the site into an advertising profile, and we do not build a marketing list from people who contact this side of the site.
How the information is used
To answer your enquiry, to brief a companion on the agreed boundaries, and to confirm the practical details of an arrangement. That is the full list.
A companion is told only what they need in order to meet the agreement — the format, the venue, the timing and the limits. They are not given your contact history or anything you discussed with us separately.
What is never shared
Names, photographs, chat contents, venues, dates, and the fact that an arrangement exists at all are never published, forwarded, sold, or discussed with anyone outside the arrangement.
Nothing from this side of the site is shared with the mainstream Talk To Him service, and nothing is used as a testimonial, review, case study or marketing example — including anonymised.
How long anything is kept
Enquiry conversations are retained only while they are operationally live. Once an arrangement has concluded and there is no outstanding matter, the details are cleared.
You can ask for a conversation to be deleted at any point and it will be, unless there is a specific safety concern that has to be documented — in which case you will be told that directly.
Channels and security
Enquiries are handled over WhatsApp and Telegram, both of which are end-to-end encrypted in transit. Access on our side is limited to the people handling the arrangement.
You are free to use a number or handle that is not tied to your legal name. That is a normal choice here, and it does not change how an enquiry is treated.
Your rights
You can ask what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted, or withdraw from an arrangement at any point without giving a reason.
Requests are actioned on the same channel you contacted us from, so there is no need to identify yourself further in order to exercise them.
Analytics and this website
The site uses standard aggregate analytics to understand page traffic. It does not tie page views to an identity, and reading a page here creates no record connected to you.
The pages on this side are indexable by search engines by design, so that people looking for these services can find them. That affects the pages themselves, not anyone who reads them.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes materially, the updated date at the top of the page changes with it. The substance — minimum collection, nothing shared, deletion on request — is not something we intend to weaken.
Questions about any of this
Ask on the channel you would normally use — the enquiry page lists both. The operational standards that sit alongside this policy are on the safety and discretion page.
